Of course it's all worth it because I'm growing a beautiful little baby, but it can get pretty depressing. Too bad I don't crave salads all day, but I don't. I could probably eat cookies and chocolate all day (and grapes because they are delicious and sweet and juicy).
Despite not loving the newer, bigger me, I decided I should still have some photos taken of Andrew and I. Luckily I have a great photographer friend Jamie who asked if she could photograph me so she could get more practice with her Contax she recently bought (which I am completely jealous of, let me say!) I'm glad we did. While I'm no hot-mama, I think she did a pretty kick butt job with the photos. They are film, which I'm partial to. The colors are so pretty, and I love the bokeh you get out of a medium format camera.
Anyway, here are some of my faves from the session. Thanks again Jamie!
I love this photo of Andrew (above). That is my boy:)
And this place may be one of my favorite places to photograph as well. It's this huge field close to Provo lake. I have no idea whose field it is, but there is a huge tree in it and it's beautiful. I love just being there in the evening. It's so dreamy.
Make sure to check out Jamie's blog:) She's going places in the film photography world!
